About This coach

I became a mother at 24 years old and despite my young age at the time, parenting came very naturally to me. I had a solid emotional childhood with 2 loving parents who were always trying to be the best parents they could. I am a former teacher and I love connecting and playing with kids. I had my two kids and  even though I was doing my best as a mother and felt confident and happy as a mother, my married life was a mess and for the first time in my life, I felt that I was truly failing at something I deemed very important: family.

It took me many years and a lot of healing to come to the decision of getting a divorce and I felt so alleviated when I did. My years of struggle were my years of exponential growth and from my own life, I started growing my conscience of my childhood wounds and making sense of my own story. Right now, I am and feel at  my best and I want to help parents feel at peace and empowered at home and truly capable of being able to connect to their children.

I am very authentic, confident, and lively, and I have a genuine interest to guide and support parents to help them feel better as parents and individuals. More fulfilled parents and confident parents are more fulfilled and empowered individuals in all the other areas of their lives.

What Makes THEM Special?

I want to take my clients from wherever they are to a place of empowerment and self-fulfillment, not only as parents but as individuals. I believe that every parent out there can undergo the transformation they want and need within themselves and in their homes. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in Political Science with a minor in Psychology, enthusiastically worked as a 4th grade math teacher for 2 full-years, and quit to dedicate my self to my first daughter when I became a mother.

Today, I am a passionate single mother of 2 (I'm recently divorced), so I feel confident and prepared to help parents going through this transition. I also have a child whose development has not been neurotypical and thus I feel confident empowering mothers and fathers of neurodivergent kids. I have positive energy, empathy, I love connecting with people, and I truly believe in the power of vulnerability. I am completely fluent in Spanish and English so I am able to coach in both through zoom.
