About This coach

Anteelah is a full-time working wife and mom (toddler to pre-teen) in education + counseling. She began her conscious parenting journey in 2018 when she saw a need for a different approach to parenting her oldest two. She has been in education for 8 years and has gone through multiple trainings on empowered and trauma-informed parenting. She is passionate about building a community of like-minded caregivers and educators to provide tools for connection, regulation, non-violent communication, brain science, mindfulness, and more. Her passions include littles, neurodiverse populations, and foster care and adoption.

In her spare time, you can find her cuddled up on a couch reading a book or watching her favorite show. She is authentic, fun, and a calm presence to be around. It would be her pleasure to walk alongside you on your journey through parenthood.

What Makes THEM Special?

I'm a counselor and educator by day. I really want to take this transformative work to underserved populations, educators, and all caregivers. I also have a lot of experience with foster/adoptive families and would love to continue that work with Jai. There's an added layer of trauma and grief that goes along with fostering and adoption.
