About This coach

Jeri-Ashley is a full-time educator, mama to multiples (baby, toddler, pre-teen, oh my!), mindfulness + parent coach, small business owner, and community advocate. She has worked with school-aged children, parents, and educators for over 10 years, focusing on providing each with the tools to be more mindful in creating strong, healthy relationships, while also maximizing each individual's strengths. She is passionate about building community and empowering others to be more mindful and purposeful in their everyday interactions with themselves and others through her business, The Mindfulness Co., LLC.

Jeri-Ashley loves sharing what day-to-day life as a working mama looks like and changing the narrative of what it means to be a mother. She helps parents, caregivers, and educators build mindful and purposeful relationships with the children in their lives. Others love her authenticity about the not-so-fun parts of mamahood, practical parenting tips, and mama motivation content.

What Makes THEM Special?

With a background in education, parenting, mindfulness, and coaching, I provide a unique opportunity for those I work with. Building mindful and purposeful relationships isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s designed specifically for you. I provide a brave space for you to step back and reflect on what’s working in your parenting, what’s not, and why.

I work with parents, caregivers, and educators who seek growth, increased awareness, and a strong desire to intentionally show up for their families. My coaching facilitates transformation toward clarity, confidence, and a renewed, self-aware outlook for your parenting journey through connection, communication, and collaboration.

A bit more about me and my background:

  • I have a M.S. Ed. from John's Hopkins University
  • I've worked with children and families for over 15 years (babies all the way up to high schoolers)
  • I'm a mindfulness and meditation coach and incorporate this into my work with clients
  • I am a trauma-informed educator and have engaged in countless hours of trauma training
  • Most importantly...I'm a regular mom, dedicated to creating a world where our kids can thrive and flourish into their most authentic selves; a world where they feel loved and cared for and aren't afraid to be themselves. I'm far from perfect (check out my IG stories and static photo posts to see all the beautiful chaos that goes on in my home), but I will ALWAYS keep it real, raw, and honest
