About This coach
Half English, half Greek, and raised in Athens, I grew up in a multicultural world long before I had the language to describe it. That perspective shaped my career—first in international development, working in over 20 countries on education policy, HIV & AIDS education, and teacher training. Later, as a teacher and school leader, I worked across diverse settings, from resource-rich to resource-poor environments, always drawn to the intersection of learning, culture, and child development.
Then I became a parent.
My husband and I moved to another new country with our son when he was just seven weeks old. It was beautiful—and unbelievably hard. No amount of professional experience had prepared me for the emotional weight of parenting in a foreign country while navigating my own inner world. I found Jai, got coached, and eventually became a certified parent coach myself.
For the past 20+ years, my work has centered on supporting families—first through education, later as a doula, and now as a parent coach. I help globally mobile, high-achieving parents bridge the gap between knowing better and knowing how to do better.
What Makes THEM Special?
I specialize in coaching globally mobile, high-achieving parents who are raising children across cultures, often far from extended family and familiar support systems. Having lived and worked in over 20 countries, I deeply understand the challenges of navigating multiple parenting cultures, adapting to new environments, and balancing professional ambition with family life. It’s a beautiful journey—but it can also be complex, isolating, and emotionally demanding.
At the heart of my coaching are three key pillars:
This approach transforms parenting from a constant problem to solve into a relationship to nurture. I don’t just focus on what better parenting looks like—I help you figure out how to get there, in a way that fits your family’s unique cultural and personal reality.
I also bring deep personal and professional experience to working with neurodiverse families. As the child of an undiagnosed neurodiverse father, a lifelong educator of neurodiverse children, and now an adult woman exploring my own diagnosis, I see neurodiversity from multiple angles—with empathy, understanding, and lived experience.
With warmth, honesty, and sometimes humour, I help globally mobile parents navigate the unique challenges of raising children across cultures—so that parenting feels as fulfilling as their professional success.
