About This coach

I'm a proud mom of an amazing teenage son who's basically been my greatest teacher in life.  My early parenting years were tough as I dealt with my own past trauma, and I definitely parented from a place of fear. But you know what? That journey to do better for my child led me to discover my passion for coaching other parents. Here's the thing - parenting is wild enough without taking ourselves too seriously! That's why I love bringing humor into my coaching. Because sometimes you just have to laugh at the chaos, right?

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me working as a social worker, working out at the gym (fitness is my therapy!), or experimenting in my kitchen. I'm a bit of a baking enthusiast.  I'm all about nourishing the whole person, because I've learned firsthand that when we take care of ourselves, we can show up better for our families. Trust me, the journey's not always pretty, but it's so worth it!"

What Makes THEM Special?

I'm a Registered Social Worker with both my B.S.W and M.S.W, but what really lights me up is helping people discover their own strength and write their own stories. I blend narrative therapy with a strengths-based approach, and I've got solid training in trauma-informed care, CBT, and solution-focused techniques. Most of my experience has been with children in school and their families, having spent many years working in schools and child protection. But I truly enjoy working with all kinds of families and their unique situations. Whether through my private practice or coaching, I've learned that everyone's story matters.
