About This coach
When my children were entering the pre-teen years, I began searching for guidance — looking for answers to my questions — but couldn’t find the kind of support that helped me truly understand them. What I didn’t realise then was how important it was to first understand myself.
With a deep belief in the meaningful role of motherhood and a background in Humanistic Studies, I began studying Positive Psychology, Positive Discipline, and Parenting Coaching. In many ways, these approaches gave structure and meaning to what I had always felt intuitively — that parenting could be a practice of awareness, empathy, and reconnection.
They transformed the way I see family life and inspired me to become certified so I could share these tools with other parents. That same journey is what led me to create WeSee Education, a non-profit that empowers parents of teens with trusted, practical knowledge.
As a Certified Jai Parenting Coach, I guide you to find calm within life’s loops and discover simple ways to stay connected through the everyday challenges of raising pre-teens and teens. I believe that you have the capacity to grow alongside your children, and that understanding ourselves is the foundation for deeper connection at home.
And connected to that, beyond coaching, my favorite moments are cooking and the conversations around the kitchen table with family and friends.
What Makes THEM Special?
Have you ever asked yourself, “Am I the parent my children need me to be?” I’ve asked myself that question more times than I could ever count. As a mother of five children, after twenty-one years on this journey and with most of them in their teens and pre-teens, I’ve lived through many loops of doubt, frustration, and uncertainty, wondering with my husband how to truly show up for each one of them.
Through these years, I discovered something simple and powerful: when I find calm within myself, my children feel safer, more connected, and more confident.
This personal journey shapes everything I bring to my coaching. I offer you a calm, reflective space where you can pause, notice, and reset — learning to respond instead of react. I love walking beside parents of pre-teens and teens as their children grow in confidence, responsibility, and independence.
Through both experience and training, I’ve learned that even small shifts in awareness can transform family life. And no matter where you are on your journey, it’s never too late to learn — one small step at a time.
