About This coach

From an early age I had a longing to advocate for and create an environment where children can thrive and grow. My personal experience navigating the complexities of motherhood has directed my desire to serve children by supporting and caring for the most impactful people of their lives, their caregivers. I believe all children have immense value and tremendous ability to learn and flourish. I believe caregivers can experience healing from their past and learn ways of interacting that support healthy relationships and development. It is my role as a coach to come alongside you and help as you navigate your families unique needs and challenges.

What Makes THEM Special?

My approach is first and foremost parent-centric and relies on active and reflective listening to create a space where you feel safe and heard in order to explore what is underlying your parenting choices and how to make small, consistent changes that make a big impact. My approach is also child-centric. I rely on both attachment and neuroscience to guide you in meeting your child's fundamental needs. My secret sauce as a coach is helping you view your child's behavior with curiosity through the lense of their nervous system and encourage lots of connection, empathy, co-regulation, and laughter.  It would be my joy to work with you and your family as your parent coach.
