About This coach

The work of supporting the grown-ups who care for littles is my life’s mission.

I will never tire of being with young children: their sense of wonder, their dedication to authentic, lived experiences, their noticing of the tiniest tidbits that we all overlook–AND their giant feelings! The ones where their mouths open bigger than their faces and the wails just erupt from a deep part of the mantle of the earth! They are my people!

And yet, being an adult who cares for them, day in and day out, is positively exhausting and mind-boggling.

With the onslaught of parenting tools, tips and tricks at our disposal through social media and endless mommy blogs, there’s no place to fully land in our late-night doom scrolling around our children’s picky eating, playground tantrums, phone calls from school, hitting/kicking/biting, confusing amplified responses to seemingly inconsequential happenings (yellow cup when they wanted the purple cup, anyone?).

If you want a curated toolbox of gems and strategies to confidently respond to your child that will work for your unique family, I can work with you to find solutions and create lasting change in your relationship with your child so you can be the connected and intentional parent you aspire to be!

What Makes THEM Special?

I help overwhelmed parents with sensitive + spirited young children decode their children's behaviors and discover their unique parenting style, so that they can be present, equipped and ready to weather the storms with their child while staying true to themselves.

I’ve been an Early Childhood Educator, After-School Art Instructor, Certified Montessori Guide, Full-time Nanny, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Child-Centered Play Therapist.

Now, as a Parenting Coach, I am offering my 18 years of experience and expertise in these various roles to support YOU in finding your next right step so that you can show up for your child the way you intend to.
