About This coach

I am a toddler mom, wife, and passionate parenting coach. My specialty is strong-willed kids and I am eager to collaborate and support you in meeting your parenting goals.

One thing about parent coaches is we do not claim to know what's best for your individual family. We are not here to 'tell you what to do'... instead, we lean on your understanding of your family and follow your lead throughout this transformational process. So whether you choose to pursue a call with me or another amazing coach here, definitely at least schedule that call and give these remarkable human beings a chance to provide you with the support you're looking for.

What Makes THEM Special?

As a toddler mom, I have recent, hands-on experience navigating the 1-4 age range... and boy are we toddler moms running on fumes most of the time with the regular demands, pickiness, and pushing of boundaries! Most of my experience with coaching so far has been parents of toddlers so I am thrilled to continue supporting parents who fall into this category in meeting their parenting goals.

My passion, however, is parents of a group of kids sometimes labeled "strong-willed"... and you'll know if you have a strong-willed kid (SWK) because they tend to let it show through things like resisting authority, 'back-talk', inflexibility, and a loud or fiery spirit. I'm familiar with SWKs because I was one and started my parent coaching journey to help parents like my own who simply didn't have the tools to support a healthy parent-child relationship with me at the time. I want to help these parents understand their child more deeply, build a stronger connection, learn to hold boundaries firmly (but with grace), and encourage cooperation instead of demanding obedience.

One of my first coaching sessions was actually my own mom (parent of a SWK) in her role as a grandma and in healing her relationships with an adult child. What a wonderful experience it was for us both to come together after being at odds for so long. This is also why I am excited to support grandparents and parents of adults.
