About This coach

I live on a small family farm in Central Oklahoma, with my husband, and 6 year old daughter. We prioritize ancestral practices, like nutrient dense food, and living in nature as much as possible.

I believe that we, as a parenting culture, must change the way we see, and raise children; from strictly a behavioral lens, to a relational, and development-focused lens. I know this because I was miserable focusing on my daughter's behavior, she was too. Now, armed with a deep understanding of child development, and always looking beneath the behavior, I'm able connect with my daughter and gain cooperation in any scenario.

After experiencing this profound shift in my own life and parenting journey, I'm well equipped to support other families who are ready to shift away from behavior-focused practices like, punishments/rewards/bribes/threats, and build a parent-child relationship that will last through the teenage years and beyond!
