About This coach

I am a lifelong learner, lover of connecting with people, and mom of 3 active boys. After struggling through the first years of parenting, getting stuck in comparison and feeling like I was the only one having a hard time, I finally navigated the long path to an ADHD diagnosis for my oldest and myself.

I finally came up for air after living in survival mode for so many years. Looking around, I realized there were countless parents without a community to navigate these challenges. The need was so urgent that I informally started creating and leading my own support groups of parents. Then after I worked with my own ADHD parenting coach to help with family challenges, it clicked...this is what I need to do! I took a leap of faith to formalize my unofficial coaching role, becoming a certified parent coach through Jai Institute for Parenting.

After years of feeling different, I realized ADHD is my superpower. I changed my perspective on ADHD symptoms and realized:

  • Hyper Focusing on ADHD research and problem solving for my own family can now help others
  • Inattention can drive efficiency, resulting in simple, easy strategies that I share with my clients
  • Hyperactivity provides energy and passion making this process inviting and exciting for clients
  • Impulsivity drives unfiltered truth so we can get to the root of challenges instead of avoiding them

As an ADHD mom of ADHD kids, I guarantee that judgment is not a part of my vocabulary.

It is OK to ask for parenting support. You don't have to do it alone because honestly, none of us can!
