About This coach
Parenting is full of ups and downs, and I believe every parent deserves a safe space to feel heard and supported. I'm passionate about creating welcoming, non-judgmental environments where parents can feel confident in building deep, loving connections with their children. It's all about nurturing relationships that reflect the hopes and values you hold close to your heart, and celebrating the joy and love that make families special.
What Makes THEM Special?
Hi! I'm Bethany, a proud single mom to two absolutely wonderful kids. Ever since I was young, I've had a deep love for learning, helping others, and building meaningful connections. Parenting has brought its share of highs and lows, but I've learned how to ride the waves and find joy and peace along the way. As a single parent, I've experienced the challenges of separation and supported my children through the changes that come with it. I know how hard the end of a relationship can be and the added stresses it can bring. But I've also seen the beauty of creating a positive co-parenting relationship that gives children a strong foundation to thrive. It’s not easy, but I truly believe: "We can do hard things."
Alongside being a mom, I'm a Registered Early Childhood Educator with a BA in Family Social Relations. I've spent 19 years working in children's mental health, supporting families through all kinds of challenges and life transitions. Through this journey, I've gained practical strategies and tools to help parents navigate their unique paths. No matter where you are in your parenting journey, I'm here to walk with you and support you in building the connections that matter most.
When I'm not working, you'll often find me cheering on my kids as they play sports, spending time in nature, or spending quality time with friends. I treasure moments curled up on the couch with a good book or movie, and I have a special place in my heart for Fall—the crisp air and vibrant changing leaves never fail to bring me joy. Music touches my soul in ways words can't, and when it comes to sweet treats, I can never resist peanut butter chocolate ice cream!
