About This coach

It’s beyond bliss to know that while it is said lots of joy is involved in the hood of parenthood, it is perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed with anxiety and depression in parenting.

One I have experienced much is frustration, because it’s tough not always knowing what my child is going through. I can also relate that my child experiencing frustration and why they could be acting out.

So just being in that awareness is beyond comforting and I can accumulate compassion for my little one, and also for myself. I can say that I fill with calmness and warmth in my soul. Relaxed is the result. The results continue, I’m a better parent able to pass that down to soothe my child smoothly for an example.

It's a process. We are high performance. We still don’t know a lot about how we function.

With that in itself is depressing the depression and anxiety, knowing that it’s ok to not know everything because no one dose.

BUT WE still have the responsibility to seek that information and seek improvement forever, for our little ones, ourselves and the world.

Be blessed.

Crystal.
