About This coach

Cynthia is a mom of 4, an experienced parent coach, and a certified neurological fitness trainer. She is also a former angry mom and loves helping parents learn how to deeply connect with their children, break free from cycles of anger and overwhelm, and learn to trust themselves. When she is not coaching or parenting, you can find her reading, taking a dance work out class, or sampling chocolate.

What Makes THEM Special?

My background as a biracial woman, adult adoptee, and experience teaching ESL to students from all over the world has given me the gift of a varied global perspective. I am familiar with many traditions and have enormous love for the immigrant experience and children of immigrants. I love working with mothers of all backgrounds and know what it is to have multiple little ones at home vying for attention! My understanding of varied healing modalities helps me coach moms to meet their children's needs while they pursue their own inner healing.
