About This coach

I am mama and CFO (Chief Fun Officer) to two beautiful boys. My passion and background in early childhood education led me to opening and operating a community based Montessori Preschool for 8 years before stepping full time into parent coaching. I adore children and everything they represent. I appreciate the opportunities we have as adults to unlearn and relearn from our children, through our teaching relationships and parenting roles. 

I was raised by loving, committed and present parents. I turned out OK, yet there was so much about myself and my behaviours that didn’t make sense to me. Taking the Transformational Parenting Process opened my eyes to who I am and who I want to be as a parent, teacher and human.

I love coaching because I get to support parents open their minds and hearts to a peaceful and practical way of showing up for themselves and their children. I believe that when we know better, we are inspired to do better. When we feel better, we do better.

When I’m not coaching, I’m taking long walks in nature or along the coastline. I treasure moments with my growing sons, dates with my husband and sunny days. I enjoy people watching and eating good food from local spots.

I was born to teach! It is my passion and my calling to be of and in service to my students and clients. I believe in the potential power of knowledge, and use my energy and enthusiasm to educate and empower others. As a former preschool teacher, I aim to simplify complicated and complex topics.
