About This coach

I am a dedicated and experienced certified Parent & Teen coach, specializing in helping parents and teenagers struggling to connect move from overwhelm, frustration and power-struggle into a confident, mutually-respectful, and harmonious relationship.

Through personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and resources, I  empower parents and equips teenagers with the tools and knowledge needed to build strong connections, promote effective communication, and nurture healthy growth and development.

As a mom to three girls, I struggled connecting with them. Like many parents raising teenagers today, we are the first generation to raise teenagers who are so overwhelmed with external challenges, (including extensive increase in technology and social media) that make it difficult for parents to connect with their teens and provide the support they need.



I believe that it is possible to parent teenagers to become confident, capable and connected humans.

When I am not coaching, I can be found at the gym. I love to knit, crotchet and reading.

I work with Parents and Teenagers of first generation Americans. I have raised 3 daughters, and I understand first hand the challenges of first generation American teenagers who feel caught between two cultures and generations.
