About This coach

I am a pediatric doctor-turned-parent coach, mom of 2 boys (8 and 11), divorced, goofy, introverted/social-anxiety-sufferer, who helps thoughtful parents build their confidence. 

I passionately believe that the way we treat people matters!  The way we talk to people matters!  When I'm not coaching parents, or caring for newborns, I love to garden, bird-watch, homeschool my kids, pet my cats, and snowboard.

I am a pediatrician and newborn medicine specialist with 20 years of experience supporting families and babies.  My favorite thing is helping thoughtful parents learn to trust themselves!

I am also a divorced, coparenting mama, so I especially love helping single parents feel empowered.  As an introvert, and social-anxiety sufferer, I especially vibe with thoughtful, soft-spoken parents who love to be silly.
