I believe that all humans are capable! It is my life's purpose to support others in reaching their highest potential in whatever stage of life they may be in. When I'm not coaching, you can find me reading, baking, gardening, or laying on the beach.

My experience as a preschool teacher has given me a deep understanding of the needs and developmental stages of children 2-5 and Highly Sensitive Children. I've also gained the realization that all parents want the best for their children, yet some parents aren't quite sure how to make that happen. When we team up together, with me as a childhood development expert and you as the expert on your family, we can create an incredible and lasting transformation.
