About This coach

I’m a dad to two wonderful children — a teenage daughter and a young son — and like many parents, I’ve experienced the deep challenges of trying to balance career and family life. Years ago, I led an intense, fast-paced corporate life as a special assistant to the chairman of a multinational group. That imbalance eventually took a toll on my family, and I knew something had to change.

In my search for support, I found the Jai Institute for Parenting and completed their certification program. Becoming a parenting coach not only gave me the tools I needed — it also opened my heart to a new calling: supporting other parents who are walking a similar path.

I believe that lasting change in parenting starts within us as parents. When we take care of our inner world, we show up more present, connected, and resilient — and our children feel that deeply.

Rooted in my Malaysian upbringing and shaped by years of cross-cultural experience across Asia and North America, I bring a unique sensitivity to the emotional and cultural layers in parenting. I speak English, Chinese, and several dialects, and I especially love working with parents navigating multicultural family dynamics or the emotional weight of high-pressure work and home responsibilities.

When I’m not coaching, I enjoy meditating, playing tennis, traveling with my family, and continually learning new ways to grow — both as a parent and a human being.

What Makes THEM Special?

What sets me apart as a Jai Parenting Coach is my ability to hold a calm, compassionate space for parents navigating emotional challenges and cultural expectations. With over 20 years of cross-cultural experience and fluency in English and Chinese, I support mindful parents in breaking old patterns and building deeper, more conscious connections with their children. My background in life coaching and mindfulness helps parents reconnect with themselves — because conscious parenting begins within.
