About This coach

I work with mothers who are longing to connect with their children in a positive manner. Mothers who are seeking peace, presence, harmony, and authenticity in their homes. And emotionally healthy motivated children who have deeper bonds with their parents.

I believe we require an integrated parenting philosophy, not a one size fits all principle. Although we will touch upon parenting tools, you have me as a confidence and non judgmental mindset coach. I work on the internal and external principles of parenting and look at what your needs and goals are from an organic and spiritual perspective. What that means for you is that you get an authentic Parenting Coach. I want to provide a sacred, safe place to support you and connect with you on a deeper and more personal level.

While many parent coaches will learn these principles when their children are already, adults, I made sure to learn while I raised my children so that I can give you the most authentic guidance, so I know they work!

Congratulations on making a decision for changing your current family dynamics! If we are the right fit, I would be thrilled to work with you to support your peace, presence, harmony, and authenticity in your home. I am greatly looking forward to those who are ready to make the change, so that we can connect on a deeper and more personal level. I’m dedicated to helping you be the loving mother you most want to be, when you are ready and committed to the change.

What Makes THEM Special?

It’s important to understand that many events brought me to where I am today – coaching mothers like you. It is truly a calling in my life to be here.

To educate, to support, to guide, to uplift, and advocate for the most vulnerable population in this world, which is children and their mothers.

My educational background is Special Education and Technology in Education. I have always worked with Children and Parents. I truly love children. It has always been my passion to learn child psychology. I studied and followed experts in the field to gain a deep understanding of what children do, why they do it, and how they behave.

When I became a mother, I thought I knew everything about being a parent and was confident that I was going to be the best. Little did I know, that becoming a parent is not the same as obtaining knowledge about children. When you put it into practice, it's a whole new ballgame. I kept hitting roadblocks with my daughter after her first year of life.  I decided to implement what I had learned. Somehow, it did not feel right, but I didn’t know anything else. There were many nights my head hit the pillow and I hated myself. This was not how parenting was supposed to be. I asked myself what I could do.

When my daughter was only one year old, there was one particular day where everything she did triggered me. It was very difficult for me to control myself and be patient. There were so many power struggles and deep down I knew that me yelling, screaming or taking away privileges was not going to help in the long run. I wanted to connect with my daughter, but I couldn’t. My ego had me asking, how can she not be obedient, how can she say no to me, how dare she not listen to me?! At the same time, I knew this was not right. She was learning and just a young child. The things I had learned from my culture, society and education did not allow me to be at ease about it. I knew then that things had to change. I had to learn how to be a more peaceful, connecting parent to my child.

So, my parenting journey began with me devouring up all the information I could about how to “do it right.” The results were ever shifting, changing, and growing. However, I instantly noticed a deeper sense of connection with myself, my children and my spouse, the value of self care and self love in my life and a new understanding of being fully present. I started reading parenting books, attended any webinar or workshop that came my way on parenting. I started following the experts in this field and I connected with a lot of moms in the community, including family and friends. I needed support. I did not stop until I started getting answers to my questions. And I still continue.

In 2019, I resigned from my job working as a Technology Teacher so I could be with my daughter and son more. This time allowed me to truly hear my soul’s whispers. I meditated. I had this deep knowing that I had a greater purpose.   I was meant to be a mother, but I was also meant for more. I continued to search for answers, and I came across Conscious Parenting which intrigued me like nothing else. I was fascinated by the idea and the more I learned, the closer I got to where I needed to be as a parent. I discovered that what I learned about raising children from my family and culture  was very disconnected from my experience. So I took the conscious parenting journey,  and that was the beginning of my transformation as a parent.

Healing your inner child is so crucial in order to be present in your life.  I became a certified Parenting Coach.  This felt so right and close to my heart. I felt extremely passionate about learning. I was motivated by my desire to  bring peace, connection and harmony into my home and teach other mothers how to do the same. Just thinking about it gives me chills and immense excitement. I knew this was going to be my mission.

I am so passionate about supporting mothers to reconnect with themselves, with their voice, so they trust themselves and feel confident about their ability to create their life. I help them make  choices so they healthily connect with their children, their partner, co-parent, other families, friends, and their community.

As I was going through the re-parenting process, it was not easy. It was not comfortable. Still, it was worth it to build a beautiful, healthy relationship with my children. Transformation is never easy. I made a commitment to immerse myself in absolutely everything that had to do with conscious parenting. I made my intentions to become the best Connecting Parent to my children and then support and guide other mothers to connect deeply with their children.
