About This coach

I’m the solo parent of a little boy with PDA autism, which basically means he will fight me on everything. Every day can be a battle if I don’t regulate myself first. Working with Jai has given me the ability to regulate myself even in the most chaotic situations. I love being a coach because I love sharing my experience and knowledge with others and helping them discover what truly works best for them and their children, regardless of parenting style. I believe that even the most traumatized parents can have an amazing relationship with their children.

When I’m not coaching, I’m often doing a random hobby or project (hello ADHD), hiking/biking/exploring the outdoors, or snuggling with my little guy while reading or watching a show.

What Makes THEM Special?

I’m a solo mom of a little boy with PDA autism. I understand low income, not having a lot of time, and not having much outside support. I’m well-versed in searching and finding that outside support and finding ways to make life easier without it. I’m here to help you know you aren’t alone and that even parents with a lot of trauma can become amazing supports for their children.
