About This coach

I have two of my own children--Olive and Miles--who opened the floodgates of patience and understanding.  Becoming a parenting coach has taught me to harness those attributes and to live in the moment without holding onto fear.  I love being a coach because it allows us to create our own village.  The world is so different now than it was 20, 30, 40 years ago, when there was a village in place with extended family, neighbors, and friends who worked together.  Now, we can create our own village--and what better way than to do that with a community and group coaching?!

When I am not busy being a coach, I love to spend time with my 2 children, my husband, and our dog Charlie.  We love being outdoors, especially in the fall when we get to go apple picking in the orchards and pumpkin picking in the pumpkin patches.  We have so much fun picking out books at the library and gardening in our own backyard.

What Makes THEM Special?

I work with parents all across the world and support families with neurodivergent children to help them overcome picky eating, neophobia, and ARFID.  Parents need support as they navigate their journeys when faced with unexpected obstacles and challenges.  I provide a guiding hand as parents learn to have fun in creating experiences with food, eating, nutrition, and their overall wellness.  The "how" begins with understanding our own experiences as children, and realizing the journey truly began long before we had children.
