About This coach

Why me?

Marrying genuine compassion with a science-based approach is what sets me apart. My focus is to help you find balance, build harmony, reduce stress, manage emotions, and create calm in your home. For many parents, they need added help diffusing tantrums through peaceful parenting techniques to cultivate a cooperative household. Whether you are struggling to learn which parenting techniques work best for your child with autism or another developmental disability, or if you are looking for guidance and support - I’m here by your side, here to be your personal shelter.

Together we can create a supportive yet structured environment where everything from family values to parenting techniques are shared in an open dialogue where you will take away something valuable at each meeting.

When I am not working you can find me at the barn helping my daughter with her horse back-riding or on the soccer field with my son.  I also enjoy baking gluten, reading, and traveling.

What Makes THEM Special?

You are the expert on your children, and how you want to parent. I am here to partner with you and share my knowledge. During coaching meetings we weave together your love and values with my experience and knowledge to help guide your parenting. We will always learn something from each other.

I bring my knowledge and experience of:

  •  20-year’s experience working with children and families
  •  20-year's trusted expertise in working with neurodiverse children and families
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Education and training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Certified preschool mindfulness teacher,
  • Certified Kids Wisdom Coach
  • Most importantly, I’m a mother, a caregiver, and a life-long learner and educator. I’m evolving every day, just like you on this parenting journey. I strive to work with each parent on a genuine and personal level to assess your needs, and challenges and then guide you in a parenting plan you feel good about.

Empowering adults and children has been my purpose and passion since I was a child myself, when I first told my mom I wanted to work in toys r us and take care of all the baby dolls that were along.

Join my hive. A place of happiness, a place to thrive.
