About This coach

I’m a neuropsychologist-turned-coach dedicated to helping stressed out parents of kids under 10 harness connection-based strategies to manage the hard moments of parenthood without punishing or yelling (or crying into a pint of ice cream hoping no one hears).

I believe that every parent deserves support, and every child deserves a supported parent.

I love working with any parent who is interested in learning about respectful, conscious parenting, including (but not limited to) single parents, dads, and non-parents who find themselves in parenting roles.

This is your journey, and your family. YOU are the expert. My job is to support you in understanding yourself and your children so that you can find your own parenting voice and create relationships that align with your values and your vision. Yes, there are specific tools and strategies I will teach you, and yes, my knowledge and experience can help you during this process. But all of that is to support you on your own path, not to pull you along on mine.

What Makes THEM Special?

I’m a psychologist and neuropsychologist, but all my fancy degrees and clinical experiences didn’t fully prepare me to handle some of the challenges of parenthood, including being a single parent to a strong-willed (and pretty damned amazing) kiddo with multiple food allergies.

So I dove head-first into the world of parenting research, books, courses, and communities in a desperate attempt to help my son through some unexpected challenges, and to help me survive and thrive.

And I am relieved to say I’m doing both.

Don’t get me wrong - life still isn’t always full of unicorns and rainbows. But I can confidently say that my son and I are both in a much better place and more prepared to handle the inevitable bumps ahead.

Along the way, I discovered a passion for supporting other parents on their unique journeys too, working together to break harmful inherited patterns and raise compassionate, resilient, confident, and emotionally capable humans.

I would be honored to support you on your journey.
