About This coach

Jess is dedicated to supporting you on your journey to become an empowered and mindful parent. She became a mother seven years ago and learned the importance in healing herself so she would be able to give her beautiful son the mother he deserved. After 20 years of working as a museum educator, Jess decided to combine her education skills with her passion for supporting parents & children. Jess has an M.S.Ed from Bank Street College. And in 2022, Jess completed her parent coaching certification with the Jai Institute and is now committed to guiding parents in understanding their children and themselves more clearly. Outside of coaching, Jess loves visiting museums, trying new restaurants, exploring NYC and spending time with friends. Jess lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and son.

What Makes THEM Special?

Before becoming a parent coach, I spent 20 years teaching children and adults in the galleries of museums, as a Museum Educator. Looking at works of art with visitors, guiding them to their own interpretations, asking open-ended questions and supporting their experiences with the work, prepared me more than I could have known for becoming a parent coach. When I had my son and my re-birth as a mother, I was called to support other parents in their journeys to find themselves anew after becoming parents. I love supporting parents, especially mothers in finding compassion for themselves as they work so hard to show up for their children.
