About This coach

About me... I'm a mom of 3 young adults & I started my own personal growth journey before I even got to high school. Determined to become a better human and ultimately, a good-enough parent, I spent hundreds of hours and dollars on a Master's of Education, countless discipline trainings, and Montessori Certification.

I've taught in the classroom, delivered sexuality education to parents and children from 5th through 12th grade, and led leadership courses to teens (based on the work of Brené Brown). I'm also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and NeuroTransformational Leadership Coach.

Today, one of my most favorite roles as a coach is to work with working parents who want to raise emotionally and physically healthy kids without sacrificing themselves, working to death, and repeatedly losing their cool (and stay-at-home parents too, who are stuck in overwhelm).

I'm here to support you in reclaiming what your inner little one is still craving for AND guide you towards becoming a parent that you and your kids feel extremely proud of. 💕 Reach out if you'd like to explore working together with a complimentary discovery call.

What Makes THEM Special?

I've spent most of my adult life researching & optimizing family dynamics so I could become a masterful parent. Many of us search for parenting tools, want to learn how to get our kids to do what we want (previously me included)... but what we typically don't realize is that the shift actually comes from the transformation of the parent. Yes, there are tools and strategies that can be learned and used with young and older children, which are helpful, but they will only get you so far.

The most powerful magic, however, happens when the parent has the opportunity to explore within themselves, heal their inner child, and become their best self as a human (and hence as a parent too). None of this is forced; it all just happens organically, because a new way of being appears naturally.
