About This coach

When I became pregnant some years ago, I was determined to become the best parent I can ever be. Having read all the books, online articles and parenting blogs out there, I came across conscious parenting which fascinated me. Working with a parenting coach has given me so much insight into my own parenting, so much so that it led me to getting myself certified and starting my own parent coaching business.

Parenthood is my greatest path to personal transformation and my work has given me the honor to journey alongside other parents who want to be the best of themselves, for the sake of their children and families. I have a deep interest in brain science and have done extensive studies in neuroplasticity, which sparked my deep interest in toddlers and early brain development. I'm originally from Singapore and have lived in several countries throughout my life and I love diversity and supporting families, no matter where they are in the world. My work as a parenting coach has given me so much joy and purpose. As I support other parents, I often find myself inspired and enriched in my own parenting. Ultimately, parenthood is never meant to be walked alone and my mission is to meet parents just where they are in their parenting journey, and moving forward, one step at a time.

When I am not coaching, you can find me on a road trip with my little family, dancing along to the tunes of The Wiggles with my son or seated in my little corner of the sofa, reading my next parenting book.

What Makes THEM Special?

As a trauma-informed parent coach and a Positive Discipline Parent Educator, I am deeply passionate about supporting parents and caregivers FIRST, so they can support the young lives under their care in a way that is compassionate, loving and responsive with a deep level of understanding of where their child is in his/her development, and meet their child just where he/she is at.

"When I am a better me, I am a better parent." is the underlying philosophy in my practice and I seek to always support the parent first. As a coach who have coached groups and individuals for a few years now, my clients have often shared how deeply heard and seen they felt in our sessions, and the practical parenting support they received, which helped them find more ease in their day-to-day parenting lives.

While my work tends to be parent-centric, I also provide immediate, simple parenting tools that parents and caregivers can access and use in their parenting right away. Because, as parents, we need simplicity in how we parent our kids - strategies and tools that are easy to remember and feels easy (enough) for us to give it a go.

There are a lot of parenting information out there today, and I am a strong believer that we need integrated information not just in our minds, but also in our hearts and in our bodies. Parenting is an embodied practice, and my work as a parent coach is to offer support to parents who desire to embody what they have read in books and research, and integrate them into their parenting. With this goal in mind, I do weave in somatic and mindful practices into my coaching sessions and help my clients find places where they can ease into healing and growth.
