About This coach
When I found out I was pregnant, I did what most high-achievers do: I read everything I could get my hands on. Every book, every blog, every article about how to be a "good" parent.
But what actually changed my life wasn't a book. It was coaching.
Working with a parent coach shifted something in me that no amount of reading ever could. It moved me from trying to control my strong-willed child's behavior to genuinely connecting with him. That shift was so profound, so real, that it completely redefined what I wanted to do with my life. I started my parent coaching practice in 2020 and never looked back since.
I'm originally from Singapore and have lived across the globe, which has given me a deep appreciation for diversity and different ways of seeing the world. But one thing I've found to be true everywhere: every human being, in every culture, needs to feel seen and heard. That need doesn't change.
When I'm not working with families, you'll find me on a road trip with my husband and my now two children, playing board games in our living room, or curled up on the sofa alone with a cup of warm tea and another parenting book. I'm a lifelong student of the heart, the brain and the body. And I wouldn't have it any other way.
What Makes THEM Special?
I'm a Certified Jai Master Coach, Registered Circle of Security® Facilitator, and Positive Discipline Parent Educator. What that really means is this: I help you close the gap between knowing what you want to do as a parent and actually doing it in the hard moments.
My work is built on a simple belief: "When I become a better me, I become a better parent."
Here's what that looks like in practice:
- Rooted in attachment science. Using my Circle of Security training, I help you understand what your child is really communicating, and how to create the kind of safety that builds lifelong confidence and resilience.
- Brain science meets real life. I'm genuinely fascinated by neuroplasticity and early brain development, especially during those toddler years that are equal parts wonderful and exhausting. I weave that science into practical, grounded support.
- A neuro-affirming approach. Every brain is different, and that's not a problem to fix. I support families in understanding and honoring the way their child's mind actually works, whether that looks "typical" or not, so that parenting strategies feel workable rather than one-size-fits-all.
- More than just information. Parenting insights don't help much if they stay in your head. Trained in somatic work through The Embody Lab, I incorporate body-based and mindfulness practices into our work together, so you can actually feel the shift from reactive to responsive, not just understand it.
- Real support, real results. I work with parents in both one-on-one and group settings, and what I hear most often is this: life just feels easier. Not perfect, but a little lighter. More connected. That's what this work is for.
- Tools you can use today. We go deep, but we never lose sight of real life. I offer simple, practical strategies that work in the messy, beautiful everyday parenting moments.
My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, not where you think you should be, and walk alongside you, one step at a time, toward a home that feels a little more peaceful and where every family member, including you, can thrive.
