Kayla Tychsen is a certified parenting coach with over a decade of experience working with children and families. Her deep passion for parenting education is rooted in her training in Montessori Pedagogy, Social-Emotional Learning and Resilience, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and EFT Tapping, along with her tutelage in Interpersonal Neurobiology under renowned expert and best-selling author Dr. Dan Siegel.
Through evidence-based parenting program, Kayla helps parents move from survival mode to confident, connected parenting by focusing on nervous system regulation, brain development, and attachment-based strategies. She believes that every parent has the potential to transform not just their parenting, but their entire family’s well-being.
