About This coach
Hi, I’m Kelsey—a mother, Jai Parenting Coach, and founder of Lotus Path Parenting.
Parenting shifted me completely. It wasn’t something I had planned, but it became the path that changed everything. It brought me face-to-face with parts of myself I hadn’t yet explored—the overwhelm, the reactivity, the quiet moments of wondering, “Why does this feel so hard?”
At the heart of my journey was a deep desire to give my child what I didn’t have growing up—the feeling of being fully seen, understood, and accepted. That longing led me inward, to do the work of understanding myself so I could show up with more intention and connection.
I’m also a surrogate mother to my son’s younger brother, and together we’ve created a deeply connected, non-traditional family rooted in love, trust, and intention. This experience continues to shape my belief that family is something we consciously create and nurture.
I love coaching because I’ve lived how powerful it is when things finally click—when a parent softens, finds clarity, and starts showing up in a way that feels aligned. Supporting those shifts, and helping families build deeper connection through even the hardest moments, is what drives my work.
As for who I am outside of work: I am someone who loves being active and outdoors. You might find me on a paddleboard in the morning, on a hiking trail in the afternoon, or on a yoga mat at sunset. In the winter, I love heading to the mountains to snowboard. In the spring, you can definitely spot me at the farmers' market on Saturday with a matcha in hand.
What Makes THEM Special?
As a Jai Parenting Coach and founder of Lotus Path Parenting, I support parents in turning everyday challenges into opportunities for deeper connection and growth. Inspired by the lotus, I believe the hard, messy moments of parenting (yes, even the ones before your coffee kicks in) are often where the most meaningful change begins.
Inspired by the lotus, I believe growth happens in the messy, uncomfortable places—and that lasting change begins with awareness, compassion, and presence.
I specialize in supporting parents of children ages 2–10 who are navigating big feelings—both their child’s and their own. I blend emotional insight with practical, real-life tools to help parents move from reactive patterns to calm, connected leadership in those intense, in-the-moment situations.
I’m especially passionate about working with thoughtful, busy parents who want to break generational cycles and create more respectful, trusting relationships with their children. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and real—I meet parents where they are, without judgment, and with just the right mix of support and gentle accountability.
My goal is for parents to walk away not only with new tools, but feeling more confident, centered, and able to trust themselves—even in the middle of a meltdown (their child’s or their own).
