About This coach

My name is Kendra Riggert, I am a full-time parenting and life coach. I am dedicated to helping my clients build healthy, long term relationships with their children and create an environment where all family members can thrive. When you work with me you can expect to be held in a safe space free of judgment. There will be sessions with tears as you talk about your challenges, sessions with laughter as you reflect on the wild things that your child does, but every session I hope you leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and with a plan in your pocket.

Before finding my way to coaching, I worked with kids professionally for over 10 years, as a nanny, babysitter, art docent, and therapeutic horseback riding instructor.  I have 12 years of hands-on experience as a parent and therefore I deeply understand both the amazing joy and the crazy challenges that being a parent places in front of us. I work with parents with children of all ages and have firsthand knowledge with military family life and navigating divorce and co-parenting.

Beyond coaching, I love spending time with my kid and our tiny but mighty Chihuahua dog.

What Makes THEM Special?

I am a certified parenting coach and life coach who offers coaching to parents of children ages 0 to adult. Located just outside of Seattle, Washington, I offer virtual coaching sessions to clients in both the United States and Canada. For local parents I also offer the option of meeting in-person. Each session together will provide you an opportunity to share your parenting challenges, find more clarity and space, and gain tools to help you move forward. I encourage clients to look both inward and outward when they are facing a difficult parenting moment. Looking inward to find calm and self-regulation, looking outward to see all the options and apply new insights.

Along with being a parenting coach, I am also certified as a holistic life coach. What I love about holistic coaching is that it takes into account all of the aspects of a person: the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional. This allows for highly personalized coaching and a plan of action that is tailored just to you, making change both achievable and sustainable over the long run. As a parenting coach, I pull in what I know about holistic life coaching to support my clients as they build stronger and more joyful relationships with their children.
