About This coach

I am Layal Aoudi, a wife and mother of two boys. I love working out, reading and thrive on continuous self-improvement and personal development. As an RBT with a masters in ABA, I was not happy with the behavior my first strong-willed child was portraying, so I was keen to learn something different. My journey from wanting to change my son's behavior to changing my perspective of how children should be led me to becoming a parent coach. My relationship changed with my children tremendously and that motivated me to share that same support with the world. Let me show you how to turn your children's special characteristics into superpowers just by changing your perspective.

What Makes THEM Special?

I have always been passionate about children. My journey began with a minor in psychology which laid the foundation of understanding the child's brain and then resulted in obtaining my masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. I got certified as an RBT and worked with children on the spectrum in their communities for years before I realized I also wanted to collaborate with parents. Supporting parents was important for me to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to provide their children with the comprehensive care they need. I became a certified parent coach to foster a supportive environment for both the child and parent.
