About This coach

My name is Bri I have made it my life’s work serving families to find the harmony, connection, communication, and to feel secure in your bond as parent and child.

After having my first child, I quickly had a deep emotional response to my own unhealed childhood.  There was a fear I would parent how I had been parented, and I knew that was not what I wanted for my journey or my family.  What I didn’t know was where to start in consistently showing up differently when I had never learned it.  It took a lot of healing, patience with myself, and reflection, but I am EMPOWERED in my parenting now, and I am the parent I want to be.

This is the gift I want to share.

Finding my voice as a parent has also helped me with navigating a major speech delay with my son.  We have gotten curious and worked together to find alternative ways of communication so he can feel heard and express his wants and needs.  Instead of sitting in worry and fear about where we expect children to be by a certain age, I have been able to enjoy him exactly as he is.  When needed, I could advocate for him, set boundaries, and explain his needs to others.  It is an incredible feeling to meet children right where they are.

I truly believe we all have the power to rewrite our story and show up as the parent we wish we had.  We can heal by becoming what we always needed, breaking generational cycles, and parenting with connection and curiosity.  If this speaks to you, and you don’t know where to start being the parent you want to be, I am here to help you find your way.

What Makes THEM Special?

Early on I knew working with people was my calling.  I have spent my career jumping between healing arts and bodies to a more professional setting managing people, clients, and finances. Through every step, I have gained an incredible skillset and experience that further serves me as a coach.  I finally feel I am where I was meant to be, and the path to get here was necessary to shape me into who I am today.  This diversity in work, parenting, and extensive travel has really allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life.  I especially love to serve mothers, those who had traumatic birthing experiences, those with delays in their children, and those who still have healing to meet from their own childhood.  Let me hold that space for you.
