About This coach

Long before I had children I began working with the most vulnerable children and disadvantaged families and I believed that all children deserve to be protected and safe. I spent 11 years working in the social services field but after a while I no longer wanted to be wait until after the harm had been done and I yearned to be proactive and work with families to truly connect and nurture children.

In 2012 I had my daughter. Within 6 months I started to see that there was something more to my daughter than the average child. She was sensitive, and intense and very strong-willed. In my research I learned the term Highly Sensitive Child and it all clicked. In 2014 I had my second child and things got harder.

From the start I leaned into attachment parenting. I knew that the attachment would be the defining factor in my parenting relationship with my children; but it was hard!

In my continued search for answers I found conscious parent coaching and I knew this was where I needed to be. I was certified with the Jai Institute for Parenting in late 2018. Finally, I had the skills to consistently and unconditionally meet the needs of my children and to bring this amazing opportunity to other parents.

I now work with parents learning to navigate life with a Highly Sensitive Child because I believe that these children have the capacity to change the world, but we must have the strength and skill to raise them without harming their spirits.

I have a special interest in supporting moms who experience anger. Mom anger is a powerful emotion which is way too often ignored, rejected and unaccepted in our society. I support moms to explore, insert stand and accept their anger so that they can show up as happier, healthier for themselves and for their families.

I’m my free time I enjoy spending time playing board games, reading, crafting and being in nature with my kids.

What Makes THEM Special?

I am a mom of a highly sensitive child and I know all the challenges and the joys that a highly sensitive person can bring into your life. Through conscious parenting I have learned the skills to support my children to develop their emotional capacity and to learn to decipher right and wrong. And to really enjoy each other along the way.

I work to with parents learning to navigate life with a Highly Sensitive Child. People who want to support all the gifts that a HSC brings and ensure that they their spirits remain unbroken. I truly believe that these children have the capacity to change the world if we have the strength and skill to raise them to embrace their gifts and without harming their spirits.

I have a special interest in supporting women who experience anger and guilt. Mom anger is a powerful emotion that is way too often ignored, rejected and unaccepted in our society. I support moms to explore, insert stand and accept their anger so that they can show up as happier, healthier for themselves and for their families.
