About This coach

After 16 years of succeeding at work but living on autopilot at home, I realized how much I had been hiding from my own five kids. I wasn’t present. I didn’t know how to slow down, how to connect, or how to give them the emotional part of me they desperately needed.

That realization sparked a profound personal transformation for me.

Through inner work and intentional presence, I learned how to show up differently.

I rebuilt trust and connection with my children, and discovered along the way that it is never too late for repair.

This belief fuels my coaching! I am on a mission to help other parents reconnect and feel close to their kids again, no matter how far they feel they’ve drifted.

When I’m not coaching, I spend time with my family. I love adventure, movement, continuous learning, and reading.

I am endlessly fascinated by the human mind and passionate about helping families build relationships filled with trust, presence, and joy.

Let’s embark on this journey together - it starts right where you are!

What Makes THEM Special?

As a mom of five who spent 16 years in hospitality leadership constantly on the go,  I specialize in helping high-achieving parents who fear it’s “too late” to reconnect with their kids.

I bring a rare blend of lived experience, deep empathy, and high-performance skills.

I’ve lived both sides: the ambition and the guilt, the distance and the hope, and the transformation that happens when you choose connection.

My absolute love for people is part of my parenting work. I coach with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care.

I combine parenting concepts and tools with my leadership and high-performance background, along with a deep, intuitive understanding of people to help driven parents slow down, communicate with confidence, and rebuild relationships with their kids in a way that feels natural and inviting.

If you are a hardworking professional, a leader, and or a go-getter who want to create a home that feels safe, connected, and alive again - let's connect!
