About This coach

My name is Manel Aouichaoui, I’m a mom of a three & a half years old beautiful daughter, a wife of supportive lovely husband and a parent coach. I have a bachelor degree in literature and civilization, and speak four languages ( English, Arabic, French & German). I worked in different jobs in different industries throughout my life, and lived in different cultures in Africa, Asia & Europe, which all helped me gain different perspectives in life.

Before becoming a mom I used to live an active life working as cabin crew in an international airline traveling all over the world discovering cultures, meeting new people, and tasting different foods, until I decided to be a stay home mom when my daughter was born. That was the start of another chapter in my life full of changes. Little did I know, I used to imagine the challenge of raising children is only in changing diapers and breastfeeding. During the first couple of years with my daughter, I experienced different feelings; acceptance of my new situation as a mom, fear of the change, frustration and anger. As I was limited by my own experiences in the matter of parenting, those feelings remained with me almost all the time until I reached a point where I had to stop, reflect and change my mindset. An accumulations of limiting beliefs coming from the judgement of the society we live in and the way we were parented. It’s when I turned into research and reading more around the parenting, until I got certified last year as a parent coach from Jai Institute.

Learning about parenting helped me & my husband fundamentally improve our relationship with our daughter. We have way less tantrums, and we get a lot less stressed with parenting. I’ve found a way to consciously parent my child and I’m now devoted to supporting other parents to thrive and find their voice when parenting, by digging deep into themselves and offer them alternative perspective about parenting.

When I’m not coaching you find me enjoying my  latte coffee reading a book or listening to podcasts or videos about  parenting, self development or soft skills, i believe that knowledge is the key to our daily challenges, the more I read and learn and enlighten my life with books  the less frustration I carry with me in my life.

I invite you to experience such awesome parenting awareness and I would delighted to support you throughout this journey in a safe space, free of judgments and subjectiveness.

What Makes THEM Special?

I decided to be a parenting coach after I faced a lot of challenging situations during my 4 years of experience with my daughter. this new role that I’m playing in my life revealed a new me, a new Manel which I never met before, a lot of stress, anger, fear, frustration and tears. All this led me to think deeply and decide to stop and dig deep into my self, my history and my childhood.

I discovered layers of limiting beliefs and thoughts and feelings caused by the way I was parented  or the society I lived in which are not serving me anymore in my life, on the contrary they embedded me from living a peaceful joyful parenting journey.

I’m admitted to help and guide parents who have confused feelings and accumulation of limiting beliefs and parents who lost their voice and patience when parenting to reach a level of peace and consciousness when practicing the most sacred job in life ( parenting).
