About This coach

I am a mother of three awesome little persons, ages 7, 5 and waiting for my baby to arrive in the following weeks. I have been a wife for 15 years, gone through infertility issues, and raised teenagers before babies. My journey started as an aunt-mother of teenagers (a boy from 13-21 years old and a girl from 17-19 years old) before having my own children, this experience changed me forever. I became very interested in learning how to parent teenagers and then when my babies were born learning about babies and so on. However, this knowledge was not enough, I continued being emotionally charged, it was difficult to connect with my kids, I was not able to apply what I learned, I felt like a failure. I wondered what else I needed.

Then one day I found coaching and I experienced its power in my own life as a mother and as a person. I needed to change my perspective, manage my emotions, increase my capacity for curiosity… coaching has given me that, and much more. Working with a coach is transformative! I love to see the transformations in my clients, observe how they become more confident in their parenting, how they develop understanding and skills, changing limiting beliefs… When I am not coaching you can find me reading, singing, watching a show, playing with my children, sleeping, looking for a place with trees and ground, nature is my go-to place. If you are lucky enough you can find me dancing and chatting with new people.

What Makes THEM Special?

I love to work with parents that have children at home from birth through their teenage years. I am a Latin mother that enjoys working with Latin mothers and their partners when they are willing to. By being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I understand LDS values and its perspective on parenting. I have a background in Marriage and Family Studies and can bring this knowledge of family life while coaching.
