About This coach

I became a parent coach after my family’s experience navigating adolescent substance use disorder and mental health challenges revealed how deeply parents need support, not just for their child, but for themselves. That experience inspired my passion for helping parents find calm, clarity, and confidence during some of the hardest seasons of parenting.

Today, I specialize in parent coaching for families navigating adolescent and young adult substance use, mental health challenges, emotional dysregulation, behavioral struggles, and failure-to-launch dynamics. My coaching blends lived experience with evidence-based approaches rooted in nervous system regulation, attachment science, emotional intelligence, and family systems.

In addition to being a certified parent coach, I am a Certified Parent Peer Specialist, founder of the ARCH Academy Parent Tribe virtual parent support community, and an advocate in the family recovery and youth mental health space. I believe parents do not need to parent perfectly; they need practical tools, emotional support, and the ability to stay grounded through uncertainty.

When I’m not coaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling (especially to visit my son), long walks on the beach or in the mountains, and advocating for families impacted by substance use and mental health challenges.

What Makes THEM Special?

I help parents of adolescents and young adults navigate substance use, mental health, behavioral, and launching challenges with greater calm, clarity, and confidence. I specialize in supporting families impacted by adolescent substance use disorder, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, school refusal, failure-to-launch dynamics, and high-conflict family relationships.

My coaching combines lived experience with evidence-based parent coaching rooted in nervous system regulation, attachment science, emotional intelligence, and family systems. I help parents move from reactive survival mode into steadier, more grounded leadership through healthier communication, emotional regulation, and boundaries.

In addition to being a certified parent coach, I am a Certified Parent Peer Specialist, founder of the ARCH Academy Parent Tribe virtual parent community, and a parent advocate collaborating with treatment professionals and recovery organizations nationwide.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and action-oriented, helping overwhelmed parents reconnect with themselves while creating healthier family dynamics.
