About This coach

I’m a wife to an incredible husband, a proud mom to two awesome sons, and the founder of Taylor-ing Your Life. I’m a problem-solver at heart who finds joy in helping people break through barriers and reach life-changing goals.

My passion for life and parenting coaching grew out of my own personal journey. I’ve faced seasons of depression during some of life’s biggest transitions — earning my college degree, getting married, raising children with learning differences, and changing careers. Through it all, I was determined to find answers, not only to heal myself but to create a better future for my family.

Looking back, I’m so grateful for the tools and programs that helped me let go of limiting beliefs and rediscover my identity, values, and strengths. That transformation didn’t just change my life — it transformed my family. My children became more confident and empowered in their learning, my husband and I grew stronger as partners, and even friends and extended family were inspired to make positive changes in their own lives.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology - Life Coaching from Liberty University and am a certified trainer in the Nurtured Heart Approach®, where I help parents turn intense behaviors into opportunities for connection and growth.

What makes me unique as a coach is that I bring both professional expertise and lived experience. I understand the challenges of parenting through struggle, navigating a biracial marriage, adjusting to a new country, and raising kids with ADHD and other diagnoses. I also believe this work doesn’t have to feel heavy — I love bringing fun, creativity, and lightness into the coaching process, helping parents rediscover the joy in their journey.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, especially to the beach, and hiking with my loved ones. Helping others thrive is my passion, and I’m honored to walk alongside parents as they create meaningful, lasting change.

What Makes THEM Special?

What makes me special as a Jai Parenting Coach is that I don’t just know the tools — I’ve lived this journey myself.

I know what it’s like to parent from a place of old wounds and childhood trauma, and I know the hard but beautiful work of healing and overcoming those barriers to become the parent my children need. I also understand the complexities of raising children in a biracial marriage, acclimating to a new country, and navigating the ups and downs that come with raising kids with ADHD and other diagnoses.

Because of that, I can meet parents with deep empathy and without judgment. I understand different forms of intensity — both in kids and in parents — and I help families navigate those big feelings with practical tools and a lot of heart.

One of the things that sets me apart is how I bring fun, play, and lightness into the coaching experience. This work is important, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy or overwhelming. I love creating a space where parents can learn, grow, laugh, and rediscover joy in their parenting journey.
