About This coach
As both a professional and a mom, I understand the tension between giving endlessly and wanting to stay grounded and present. My own path—from years in corporate leadership to becoming a full-time parent, graduate student, and coach—shaped my belief that transformation begins with self-awareness and compassion. Through my exploration of adverse experiences and the study of epigenetics, I came to understand how these elements impact me as an adult and parent, providing me with the opportunity to heal, grow, and form deeper connections with myself and others.
I believe that when parents and caregivers heal, they not only strengthen their families but also rewrite generational patterns of disconnection, stress, and adverse cycles. We are in charge of our narrative. We can rewrite, transform our own stories.
When I’m not coaching or studying, you’ll find me spending time with my family, exploring nature, journaling, painting, or reading. I’m passionate about lifelong learning, emotional growth, and creating spaces where authenticity and healing can flourish.
What Makes THEM Special?
As a certified Parenting Coach and Parenting Educator and current M.S. graduate student in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University, I empower parents, couples, and individuals to cultivate mindful, emotionally intelligent, and connected relationships. Through my practice, Family Tree Harmony LLC, I help clients navigate communication breakdowns, emotional overwhelm, trauma, loss, and the challenges of neurodiversity, co-parenting with ex-spouses, and blended family dynamics. My approach integrates evidence-based family systems and trauma-informed practices, all while fostering empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for each family’s unique journey.
I offer individual and couple coaching sessions, as well as workshops and presentations for schools, libraries, and organizations on topics like emotional regulation, peaceful parenting, and trauma-informed connection. Clients gain clarity, improved communication, and deeper understanding within themselves and their relationships—discovering new ways to parent and partner with intention, compassion, and calm.
My mission is to help families heal and thrive by breaking generational patterns and fostering harmony through awareness and connection. My vision is a world where every parent and caregiver has access to compassionate, evidence-based support that empowers them to lead with empathy and emotional resilience.
