About This coach

Hello!!! If you're anything like me, you appreciate a short and sweet bio, so here it is: I love working with all types of parents, but especially those foster, adoptive, step, and single parents out there! I am the (adoptive, step & biological) parent to 8 amazing kids. I have been working in the child welfare system for the past 16 years.  I specialize in helping families heal from histories of trauma, toxic stress and attachment wounds.  I am also a Trust-Based Relational Intervention Practitioner, which plays an important role in my coaching work! Personally, I enjoy true crime podcasts, paddle boarding, hiking and my corgi's Peaches & Kobe. I can't wait to connect with you!

What Makes THEM Special?

I have experience as an adoptive, foster, single and step parent. I have been working in the child welfare system supporting families for 16 years. I am also a Trust-Based Relational Intervention Practitioner, and my passion is for helping parents bring connection and healing into their families!
