About This coach

For close to two decades, I've had the privilege of collaborating with various organizations, non-profits, and communities to foster sustainable development and enhance the quality of people's lives. However, in 2021, I embarked on a new journey as a mother, a conscious choice I made, and with it, I dedicated myself to being the best mother my daughter could ever have. This profound commitment reignited my passion for learning and drove me to explore the uncharted territory of parenting. Through this incredible journey, I found my calling as a Transformational Parenting Coach, gaining certification and transitioning my focus to work with families and communities from a fresh perspective.

I strongly believe that the world needs a shift in mindset, energy, and ways of relating to heal and become sustainable. For me, this change begins within the family, in the relationship with parents and loved ones, and in acquiring tools and skills to care for one's mind, body, and emotions. By doing so, individuals can unleash their full potential as human beings and contribute positively to the world. Our children deserve a space for transformation and, above all, evolution, where the ultimate goal is their happiness, a healthy and safe environment, and a truly sustainable world.

I am passionate about creating safe spaces for entire families where judgment has no place, and all perspectives, experiences, and emotions are embraced and validated.

What Makes THEM Special?

I thrive on deep yet laid-back conversations, where nobody feels judged or ashamed. Transparency in people fascinates me, and I'm passionate about witnessing their deepest emotions, especially when they reflect the immense love they have for their children and family. Finding humor in complex situations and always seeking a positive or evolutionary angle is my jam. Throughout my life, I've inhabited roles that have given me the experience and perspective to empathize with thousands of individuals. I've been or still am a woman, Latina, immigrant, mother of two, sister, youngest daughter (often acting as the eldest), corporate executive, wife, wannabe dancer, party enthusiast, travel aficionado, volunteer, foodie, friend, teacher, counselor, consultant, and myriad other roles that somehow equip me to walk in your shoes with honesty, integrity, and empathy.

I enjoy working with families of all types and styles. My specialty and main interest lie in intergenerational trauma within multicultural or diverse families, particularly in supporting the creation of safe environments for families who are far from their own family system and have a limited support network.
