About This coach

I believe solo-moms are badass and I love working with this group of powerhouse females as they get clear on their needs, identify their boundaries and cultivate their personal power. One size does not fit all. We are all unique and our families are unique.

I will work with you as you embrace where you are right now, recover your unique power, define your boundaries and shift your mindset so you can feel like the badass you know you are. Before becoming a parent, I was a successful entrepreneur running a trade magazine for actors and independent filmmakers. Before that, I worked as a casting director and before that I was a professional model, working and traveling the world. I embrace change and love variety. However, those life experiences could never have prepared me for the solo-mom journey. I had a high-conflict divorce and found myself raising a very high-spirited and sensitive child. My co-parent created a strong headwind and a steep uphill climb. Some days I was certain that my head was going to explode.

Conscious –parenting was a true life raft when I was drowning.

I am honored to work with other solo moms as they uncover their truths and embrace their badass.  When I’m not coaching badass moms, you can find me swimming laps, riding my bike on the open road, frolicking in the ocean or learning a new dance move on my roller skates.

What Makes THEM Special?

I work with solo-moms helping them reclaim their power and find their voice. As a solo-mom with 14 years of experience, I get it and I can hold a strong container for you to unpack the deep issues. As an abuse survivor I can relate to the traumatized ego and help you identify the coping mechanisms that may no longer be serving you and your goals for your family. I have personal experience with childhood abuse & neglect, domestic & sexual violence, PTSD, death by suicide, drug & alcohol addiction, high-conflict divorce, co-parenting issues and family court.
