About This coach

I live with my husband and two children in San Francisco, CA, where I was born and raised. Parenting has always felt like the hardest, and most important job I have ever had. I am proud of being a mother, but it has never felt easy. My little family’s challenges include premature birth, a rare genetic disease, trans/nonbinary gender identity, and neurodiversity, just to name a few! All parents struggle, and we all deserve extra support. Parents need a community, a village to surround us with wisdom and safety. I would love to be that support, and Harbor can be that village.

I am a dedicated and passionate Parent Coach with a deep commitment to empowering parents and caregivers to foster peace and security in their families. Certified by the prestigious Jai Institute for Parenting, I bring a wealth of experience and compassionate guidance to my practice.

My approach is rooted in the core principles of the Jai Institute, which emphasize empathy, connection, and conscious communication in parenting. Each family is different, each parent is unique, and I remain steadfast in my belief that every parent and every child deserves to feel safe and loved. My favorite parenting subjects are Attachment Science, personal and family values, and “Childism”, the radical notion that children and adults are inherently of equal worth. I especially enjoy working with families with LGBTQIA+ youth, and kids on the Autism spectrum. I am committed to creating a nurturing coaching journey where both parents and children can thrive, helping families move from conflict to connection.

Harbor Parent Coaching is my private practice, where I offer personalized coaching sessions tailored to the unique needs of each family. I offer the 12-week Harbor Parent Coaching Program (based on the Jai Institute for Parenting’s Transformational Parenting course), as well as individual coaching sessions. My mission is to support parents in building strong, loving relationships with their children, ensuring that every family can experience joy, contentment, and freedom.
