About This coach
Here to help you thrive.
After years of corporate life and becoming a mom, I’ve realized that:
1) priorities really do change after having children; and
2) how challenging it is to be a parent in today’s day and age
After so much reading and learning and training to be certified as a parent coach, it is my honour to be able to support other parents make sense of the challenges in parenting and dare I say it,
enjoy parenting.
I’m not a psychologist or a therapist; I’m building this experience as a busy but obsessed working mom, for other busy parents out there who may need some support during this challenging period.
What Makes THEM Special?
As a parenting coach, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my lived experiences. I’m a full-time working parent with limited patience, which makes me deeply relatable to parents juggling the exhaustion of work, home, and the relentless demands of parenting. Growing up in a multicultural Southeast Asian household, I understand the complexities and nuances of traditional Asian environments and how they shape our parenting approaches.
Now, as a parent raising a mixed-culture child, I navigate the challenges of blending diverse cultural influences, from grandparents’ traditions to modern mindsets. Above all, my passion for continuous learning and growth ensures that I bring the latest knowledge and tools to help parents create meaningful, connected relationships with their children while staying true to their unique values.
