About This coach
I was growing up in a hyper competitive environment, which left me with lots of anxieties, perfectionist, etc. Becoming a Mum leading me to realise what served me before didn't serve me now, at early days, I approached to my child with lots of fears and control, which end up power struggles with my older one, and sure a failure feeling of myself.
It leads me to re-grab my innate compassion and eagerness for knowledge, to revisit my anxieties, my perfectionist, control with understandings and love. It is such a healing journey for my children and me, and I also want to help or support other parents who have the same desires as me, or wanting to go on a different route.
And also I come to notice the world has unrealistic expectations of Mums too. It asks the Mums to leave children at the very young age just to work, ignoring to see looking after children, giving them safety and security is an important work too!
I want to redefine my own relationship with my role as a Mum and work, that's the reason I want to become a parenting coach, and at the same time we can unschooling, it is a permission for myself to be brave enough to say "no" to the capitalism, to hireachy, instead to form a more gentle and non-competitive world.
My interests now are reading, cooking, colouring, listening music, walking, or just doing nothing in the garden see cats play.
What Makes THEM Special?
I am a Chinese unschooling Mum of 2, also a breastfeeding supporter. I am passionate to support Chinese family, no matter where they are. I am a person with full of compassions, sensitivity, and deep feelings, love to communicate with people, love to make them known they are heard, loved, and held. I love to see our Chinese World to be more gentle, more cooperative instead of competitive.
