About This coach

Hi, I'm Natasha. My road to parenthood wasn't easy and I'm grateful for that because it made me realise how lucky I am to be a mother, however motherhood was not as I pictured.  I couldn't have imagined how the birth of my daughter would change me or what a juggle parenthood would be. Despite good intentions and a bookshelf of parenting books, I found it hard to implement their advice and be the mum I wanted to be.

Putting my career as a dentist on hold, I began a journey of discovery. I learnt about psychology, became a Master Practitioner of NLP, studied therapy, child development and behaviour. Before adopting our son, I went on courses about attachment and trauma and learnt how our early childhood experiences shape us.

Becoming a certified parent coach allowed me to bring all these disciplines together to do what I love and help others BECOME THE BEST PARENT THEY CAN BE.

Now is the point in my bio where I'd like to list all my interesting hobbies but at this stage of life, hobbies take a bit of a backseat and I'm ok with that. In the small amounts of spare time I have I fill my cup with good skincare, growing spider plants, cups of tea with friends and dancing to old school R&B/garage.

Whilst sometimes challenging, parenthood is a blessing and an invitation to grow and evolve. I hope our journey together will be one of self discovery and personal development. So if you’re ready, so am I!

What Makes THEM Special?

Being a mother through birth and adoption, NHS dentist, adult educator, NLP Master Practitioner, Timeline Therapist, hypnosis practitioner and now a Jai Parent Coach I feel like I'm finally where I'm meant to be! Whilst not the journey I planned, that long road has given me plenty of skills and insights that I use in my coaching and will hopefully help when we work together.
