About This coach

With over 20 years of experience in education, a Master's in Child Development, Montessori teaching certifications, and having 3 children of my own (ages 11, 10, & 9) - I have found that even with all my experience and expertise, parenting is HARD!! I believe working with a parenting coach is equivalent to having a personal trainer - but for your "parenting muscles!" When you have someone to guide & support you on a consistent basis, you will grow & flourish as a parent, bringing more peace, joy, calmness into your relationships with your children!   When I'm not mentoring teachers, coaching parents, or carpooling my girls/their friends, I love to get away on a date night with my husband OR get a martini with my girlfriends!  I also love riding my bike and reading a good book (extra exciting when I can actually finish the booK)!

What Makes THEM Special?

I have been in education for over 20 years and spent the past 13+ years mentoring teachers and guiding parents! My best "teachers" are my own daughters (I had 3 UNDER 3)! My girls are now entering the "tween years!"  Jai helped me move from "surviving" to "thriving" in my parenting journey!  I'm so grateful and passionate about this work and strive to help parents "securely place their own oxygen masks on" - only then can we truly care for our own children!
