About This coach

Hello Beautiful and thank you so much for taking the time to read more about me.

Something unique about my journey is that I was a single mom for 7 years before I met my now husband, who adopted my beautiful daughter, now our daughter.  This part of my life truly showed me how something so painful, can be turned into something so beautiful.  God truly used my past for good.  I am extremely passionate about working with women who maybe have a past that they can't seem to release and guiding them to use it, reclaim it, and turn it into beauty and strength.

I went from being a single mom, feeling lost, scared, alone and not able to trust anyone with my heart to a wife, a mother of 3, and having a beautiful family.  I have my bachelors degree in social work and was partially through the masters program when I found I was pregnant with my second and had to make the difficult decision to drop out due to all day "morning sickness".  (they really need to rethink that name)  This was part of my journey to losing my identity - I had a dream to become a counselor and work with women and teen girls.  Finding parent coaching and becoming a certified coach allowed me to find that part of myself again, to reclaim my voice that was lost, and truly transform and begin the journey to become my authentic self.  I LOVE this process, I LOVE being a guide for mamas, and being apart of their journey to reclaim their truth.  I love knowing that what I am teaching has the ability to transform lives, change how women view themselves and care for themselves, fall in love with being a mother and mother in a way that truly resonates with their heart.  I want to guide you to be the mother that you want your child to remember.  When you can learn to show up for yourself, you can show up for your child being fully present with them, being slow to anger, not yelling, being an example, being patient, playful, and curious.

A few fun things about me - I love being outside during the warm seasons, I love learning about peoples lives and their passions, I love spending time with family, exploring new coffee shops and towns, and I hope to travel more in the future.

What Makes THEM Special?

I work specifically with women, whether you are a mama now or plan to be a mother in the future. My focus starts with you, creating a safe space for you to work through the impacts of generational parenting, struggles with taking care of yourself, mom guilt, and being stuck in a particular identity box.

I love guiding you to discover what your limiting beliefs are and replacing them with nourishing beliefs and replacing negative self talk with nourishing self talk.  Many women get stuck in a specific identity box whether that is mom, wife, career, or something else.  I love to guide you to break free from this box and discover who you are at your core and guiding you to be confident in her - to be true to her.

I also LOVE teaching mamas that self nourishment is not selfish.  I truly believe that once we mamas can become our authentic selves, love ourselves, and make self love a priority we can then show up for the ones we love most being patient, kind, & fully present.  We can parent in a way that not only honors us, but honors our children.
