About This coach

I truly LOVE being a Mom - it was a dream of mine even when I was a child myself - and this passion fuels my desire to help parents rekindle the JOY that is possible in parenting. 

My own journey toward better understanding myself and the kind of parent I wish to be can help other parents dig deep into their innermost thoughts and desires to create a family life they love.

When not working, I enjoy swimming, hiking and spending as much time as I can exploring new places with family and friends.

What Makes THEM Special?

I strive to help parents design their parenting journey in a way that helps them feel less alone, supported in an authentic way and empowered to recreate the kind of peaceful family life they truly desire.

Growing up, my own children struggled with ADHD and anxiety challenges, and because I felt very alone and unsupported at times, I know what it feels like to need help but not know where to turn.

I also have the privilege of working for many years in a therapeutic role supporting children with autism and their parents and I love this as a focus in my work today. In addition, I am a certified grief coach helping families navigate not only loss when a beloved family member or friend dies, but when life transitions such as divorce, loss of a beloved home or career, estrangement or empty nest. I love what I do and look forward to being of support to parents in need!
