About This coach

As a health professor ,educator, and coach who has worked with thousands of clients, parents, and students with various mental and physical health challenges, I have cared for multiple people, including family members, who have battled and beat any health diagnosis. I specialize in helping parents with children struggling with eating disorder and other mental health challenges. As a parent myself, I know what it is like to parent when my child is hurting. When our child is hurt and struggling, we hurt and struggle too. Hi! I am Siah! I look forward to working with you! Here is a little bit of information about me.

Family Life

● My husband and I have 3 wonderful children and two adorable dogs.

● Our oldest daughter is 23, our middle daughter is 22, and our son is 15.

● For family time, we enjoy: family games, watching movies and baseball, and traveling anywhere.

Like all families, we have been through a lot together. Our connection to each other has helped us through our collective and individual challenges. I like to be authentic about my own parenting journey. I am not a perfect parent- just ask my kids. The lessons I learned regarding aspects of parenting that helped my kids and what wasn’t so helpful, as well as my professional background and experience, inspire me to help other parents in the midst of their parenting journey when resilience and self-reflection is necessary to move forward. This is one reason I love my work as a parent coach.

What Makes THEM Special?

My job is to support parents as they support their child through a challenging time. I have been in your shoes. As a parent myself, I know what it is like to parent when my child is hurting. When our child is hurt and struggling, we hurt and struggle too. It is for these reasons that I created a program based on the following 3 pillars: Family. Fit. Flow.

When a client signs up to work with me, together, we will use the 3 pillars as we apply the 8 research-based steps I designed to help find relief and peace through positive coping skills and healthy lifestyle habits. Parents and their children will make it through their challenging times and will be healthier and stronger because of the challenges.
